Frequently Asked Questions

I see that your minimum order size is 1 roll, but how many yards are on each roll?
Rolls typically start at 50 yards; however, it depends on the product. Please see the individual product pages for roll sizes or contact us.

Where are your shipping locations?
Our Distribution Centers are in Carmel, Indiana; Indianapolis, Indiana; Carson, California; and Bristol, Virginia. We have an additional thirteen shipping locations across the nation for specific products.

What is the lead time for shipments?
For stock products, we can ship within 1-2 days. If the product is a custom order there are many factors that determine the lead time. Please contact us to learn more. We are experts at getting custom orders done as quickly as possible.

Do you provide samples?
We do. Contact us to learn more about sample availability for the fabrics that might fit your needs.

Do you sell cut yardage?
No, not at this time. However, we do frequently have short yardage rolls available.

I don't really know what fabric I need, can you help me?
Yes, this is our specialty. Please contact us to speak to a sales consultant. We will help you determine which fabric will best meet the needs of your application.

Can you do custom colors?
Yes, we can match your exact color for dye lot quantity minimum order sizes.

Where are your prices?

What are your credit terms?
If approved, our standard terms are Net 30. Otherwise, you can pay in advance by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or Discover), or wire or check if approved.
