Ellen is the Director of Learning for Top Value Fabrics. With over twenty-five years of experience as a learning professional in various industries and companies, she continually strives to incorporate innovative learning design and techniques into the learning solutions she assesses, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates corporate employees.
Ellen received her Bachelors of Science in Music Education from Butler University and her Masters of Science in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University. She has been a member of the International Society for Performance Improvement (ISPI) since 1995 participating fully as either a committee member or chair for the Conference, Nominations, and Awards of Excellence planning committees. In 2003, she received her Certified Performance Technologist (CPT) designation from ISPI.
When not improving work-place performance, she enjoys playing trumpet in local music community groups along with her husband Bill and is an adoring Mom to four-legged sons and daughter, Max, Freddie, and Greta - all standard size Dachshunds.
